This should be a fun one and I know it’ll rattle a few feathers. The “cult of celebrity” has as many casualties as any other. Where celebrities used to be unattainable and distant, now all you have to do is log onto their Facebook or Twitter to see what they are up to. I think it’s fair to say the days where you used to need a talent be famous are long gone. Anyone who spends more than 15 minutes on TV gets that in kind, as their minutes of fame.
