Robert Pattinson, who is currently in LA to make an appearance at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards but will be making his way to Vancouver, BC shortly to begin production on The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, was spotted making his way out of Hotel Cafe this weekend with a bit of an injury on his right hand … could the emotive vampire actor have gotten himself in a brawl?
